Prof. Maria José de Abreu's "Homo Saccharine" was published as part of the exhibition "Ceremony (Burial of an Undead World)". The project features more than 25 contributions from writers, scholars, and artists, each of which engage with ideas brought forth by the cultural theorist Sylvia Wynter and address topics in cultural modernity.
