Danielle Carr publishes Opinion Essay in New York Times

Danielle Carr, Anthropology PhD and newly appointed Assistant Professor at UCLA, published an essay in the September 20 edition of the New York Times, entitled 'Mental Health is Political.' Concerned with the diagnosis of depression in the aftermath of the pandemic, the article grows out of her doctoral disseratation research on psychiatric care in the age of neuroscience.
