Celebrating postdocs and jobs for our recent PhD graduates.

Congratulations to M. Constantine, Xenia Cherkaev, Chloé Faux, and Jasmine Pisapia, on their new postdoctoral fellowships!

The Department of Anthropology celebrates the achievements of recent PhD graduates who have taken up new positions this Fall:

Xenia Cherkaev takes up  a 4 year teaching fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Social Anthropology, at Halle (Germany) in the Anthropology of Economic Experimentation.

M. Constantine has assumed the role of Research Associate for the Mellon Foundation's Humanities in Place program. 

As of September 2024, Chloé Faux has taken up the Provost's Postdoctoral Equity Fellow at Wesleyan University.

And, after two years as a postdoctoral fellow at McGill University, Jasmine Pisapia joins the Institute for Cultural Inquiry in Berlin, where she has a 2 year fellowship to work on a project entitled 'While You Were Asleep: An Environmental Anthropology of Mount Vesuvius'.
