Congratulations are in order for António Tomás (PhD), who has just published his monograph, 'In the Skin of the City: Spatial Transformation in Luanda,' based on his dissertation research. Tomás is Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Architecture at the University of Johannesburg and is also the author of Amílcar Cabral: The Life of a Reluctant Nationalist.
