As an Innovation and Strategy Director for an innovation consultancy firm, Sara established the innovation practice in Latin America, where she managed cross-border teams of consultants in more than 5 countries. She lead and executed more than 30 innovation projects using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile to foster transformation.
She is a regular speaker in business schools, corporate and institutional events in Europe and America on topics including breakthrough technologies, disruptive innovation, digital transformation, leadership through art, corporate culture, the future of work and Artificial Intelligence
