Paulina is interested in indigenous resurgence, land relations, and sovereignty as embodied practice in a protracted ‘post-disaster’ Puerto Rico. She is particularly interested in the affective dimensions of disputes over extractive infrastructure, land grabs, and communications with national and supranational political bodies that draw on native Caribbean lifeways as sites where people may begin to pave pathways of repair.
