Anni Long is interested in studying how the internet and the internet policies affect Chinese people, overseas Chinese people, and Chinese users’ subjectivities. Those interests extend to the study of law and policies on technologies in China. Her master’s thesis focuses on the internet regulation in China and how it affects overseas Chinese community. In the past, she was involved in feminist activism in China.
